Welcome to our class page.
During our first few days back we have been learning about Andy Goldsworthy (our class name). Andy Goldsworthy is well known for producing art using natural materials (such as leaves, twigs, flowers, pebbles, grass, snow and pine cones). He has won many awards for his work including the Scottish Arts Council Award.
Did you know Andy Goldsworthy was awarded an OBE in 2000?

In Science we were given this challenge:-
Tutankhamun is in his pyramid, he needs a device that can help him see out of a small hole in the top. What can you make using only mirrors, card and wooden sticks?

In English we will be reading The Borrowers, a fantasy novel that features a family of tiny people who live secretly in the walls and floors of an English house and "borrow" from the big people in order to survive.
