Our schools are on separate sites but share our Trust vision which underpins their individual school values.  We have the common thread throughout our schools of the high expectation that all staff and children strive to do their very best every day in terms of respect, responsibility and equality.  However, as every child, family and their community has differing needs our schools are led by our Headteachers and staff to provide individual support and nurture in order to meet those specific needs.

Strategically, our Board of Trustees manages the overall business of our Trust and is ultimately accountable to the Department of Education for the educational and financial performance of our Trust and our academies.  The Board must carry out the three core governance functions:

1. Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;
2. Holding Executive Leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils, and the effective and efficient performance management of staff; and
3. Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent.
